First go to AMPPS Admin Panel and click on "software".
You will then get all the descriptions of the PHP and JavaScripts which can be enabled/disabled by just clicking in check-boxes. And then click on "Update Settings".
For eg. if you want to disable WordPress, click on checkbox and then click on Update Settings.
Once you click on Update Settings your scripts will be enabled/disabled successfully.
